Joe Ahrens first took care of me after Hurricane Ian. He emptied my pool, cleaned the glass out of it and got it in tip top shape for my use. My house was severely damaged but I had a pool to swim in. I was so thankful that I gave him the business on my 3 homes. Now Joe and his wonderful co-worker Mike take care of my pools weekly. We have been using Joe with Ahrens Pools for quite sometime now. Joe took care of our old pool and kept it very nice. We developed a crack and had to have it repaired so we had steps and a bench added and completely rebuilt the entire pool including the pavers around the pool. Our pool company did a great job, the pool is beautiful but their startup guy could not do the start up so I called Joe and he took care of it. The pool is wonderful and we owe a portion of that to Joe.

Joel is the absolute best there is! I am a Real Estate Broker and do a lot of business and had this really high end listing on Casey Key that had a pool that needed to be cleaned on a Saturday. Joel answered the phone in the middle of the day on a Saturday and I told him the situation, he met me at the house the same day! He told me the pool could not be cleaned and was so dirty that it needed to be completely drained and the whole surface of the pool needed to be brushed down and redone. Not only did he get the job done in two days with his busy schedule but the work was fantastic! The pool looked basically brand new and his service was amazing!

Before Ahrens began servicing our pool, we bounced around from one company to another due mainly to the lack of “attention to detail”. They would come each week and just dump a load of chemicals in the pool regardless of what it needed. We are especially satisfied with Steve. He has been coming each week for several years now.
